Trade Show Lighting Design: USPS Anchor Booth at the National Postal Forum 2026

Designed and produced by Czarnowski Collective, the USPS Anchor Booth at the National Postal Forum (NPF) 2026 ran May 3–6 at the Phoenix Convention Center. Fine Design Associates provided the exhibit lighting — transforming the large-format brand space into an immersive, high-energy experience that reflected USPS’s “Forging Bold Horizons” theme.

Dynamic, High-Energy Visuals

The lighting scheme was engineered to signal technological innovation and forward momentum. Layered fixture positions, carefully tuned color temperatures, and controlled intensity created a cinematic quality that drew attendees across the exhibit hall floor and communicated USPS’s focus on next-generation logistics solutions.

Synchronized Brand Storytelling

Lighting cues were coordinated with live demonstrations and integrated digital displays, reinforcing key messaging at every touchpoint. This kind of synchronized exhibit lighting design ensures that the visual environment actively supports — rather than simply surrounds — the brand narrative.

Purposeful Zone Lighting

Distinct areas within the booth, including the Delivered™ Hub on Level 200 and the USPS Consultation Center, were treated as individual lighting zones. Directional spotlighting drew visitors into each space, creating a sense of intimacy and focus within an otherwise large, open exhibit footprint — a proven technique for increasing dwell time and attendee engagement.
